MARIACHI TIERRA MIA READING PA SERIESThe Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. We work hard to ensure that our clients are happy with our musicality and create wonderful experiences in the process. Our group is committed towards providing music that you and your loved ones will cherish during your special life events. Despite the bumps and challenges, of having a coed group, I am proud that our group delivers high caliber music at an affordable rate while also providing a sustainable wage for our musicians. I knew that I didn’t want that for myself. I had worked for great bands but they were often plagued by low pay or micromanaging. I wanted to create a group that recognized the efforts of its musicians with not just the music, but the pay. When I started the endeavor of creating this mariachi band, I knew that I wanted to do two things: provide high quality music for our clients and to create better working conditions for my musicians.
